Ann Weisgarber

Ann Weisgarber is the author of The Promise, which was shortlisted for the Walter Scott Prize for Historical Fiction, and The Personal History of Rachel DuPree, which was longlisted for the Orange Prize. She lives in Galveston, Texas, and in 2014 was inducted into the Texas Institute of Letters. The Glovemaker is her third novel.
