Miranda France has lived and worked in South America, and is the author of two travel books — Bad Times in Buenos Aires and Don Quixote’s Delusions, Travels in Castilian Spain — and two novels —That Summer At Hill Farm and The Day Before The Fire. A consultant editor at the Times Literary Supplement, she regularly writes for British publications and also translates fiction from Spanish. Her book The Writing School, which combines memoir with an exploration of our reasons for wanting to write and tell ‘our story’, will be published in 2023 by Corsair.
